Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of this website or any Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way (including "mirroring") to any other computer, server, website, or other medium for publication, distribution, or any commercial enterprise, without the express prior written consent of Jeffrey Boxer.

3. Permitted Personal & Social Media Use

You may view or download for caching purposes only, or for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms.

If you wish to share images from Boxer Photography on social media platforms, you may do so only under the following strict conditions:

  • You must clearly credit Boxer Photography in the caption or text accompanying the image.

  • You may not alter, crop, manipulate, edit, or remove any watermarks from the images.

4. Copyright Infringement & Remedies

Jeffrey Boxer takes the protection of his copyright very seriously. If we discover that you have used our copyright materials in contravention of the license terms above, we may bring legal proceedings against you, seeking monetary damages and an injunction to stop you from using those materials. You could also be ordered to pay legal costs.
